Shrimp Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • Raw shrimp (as many as you like)

  • 2-3 large carrots

  • Stalk of celery

  • Bunch of parsley

  • Salt & Pepper


Cocktail Sauce

  • 3/4 cup ketchup

  • 2-3T horseradish (a little bit of fresh too if you have it)

  • 1-2t worcestershire sauce

  • 1T hot sauce (I used Truff & it was amazing)

  • Squeeze of lemon juice

  • Lemon zest

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Serves 1-2

  • Add your carrots, celery, parsley and salt & pepper to a large pot of water, bring to a simmer for 10 mins. Add shrimp and let cook for 3-5 min.

  • Make cocktail sauce: combine ketchup, horseradish, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice and lemon zest. Top with fresh grated horseradish and lemon zest.

  • Enjoy!
