Shrimp Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
Raw shrimp (as many as you like)
2-3 large carrots
Stalk of celery
Bunch of parsley
Salt & Pepper
Cocktail Sauce
3/4 cup ketchup
2-3T horseradish (a little bit of fresh too if you have it)
1-2t worcestershire sauce
1T hot sauce (I used Truff & it was amazing)
Squeeze of lemon juice
Lemon zest
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Serves 1-2
Add your carrots, celery, parsley and salt & pepper to a large pot of water, bring to a simmer for 10 mins. Add shrimp and let cook for 3-5 min.
Make cocktail sauce: combine ketchup, horseradish, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice and lemon zest. Top with fresh grated horseradish and lemon zest.
