INGREDIENTS

  • Pork loin

  • Killer Hogs BBQ rub

  • Killer Hogs BBQ sauce


Toppings

  • Salt

  • Cinnamon & sugar

  • Any other topping you like!


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Serves 4-6

  1. Butterfly and cut pork loin into long strips to make the pretzel shape.

  2. Season with Killer Hogs rub or your favorite BBQ rub.

  3. Smoke until internal temp of 125F, then add your sauce and pull at 135-145F.

  4. Add your preferred toppings and enjoy!
