Garlic Bombs
INGREDIENTS
4 whole garlic heads
4t olive oil
Pinch of fresh thyme per head
Pinch of flaky salt per head
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Serves 2
Chop the tops of the garlic and wrap in tin foil.
Drizzle with 1t olive oil per head and add a pinch of fresh thyme & flaky salt.
Roast for 1hr at 300F until the tops start popping out, enjoy!
